This year, the charitable association was delighted to receive 350 euros toward its aid projects for children in India, Albania and Germany. This year, Freund presented the symbolic check to board members Silke Wurlitzer and Gertraud Mix.

But Freund’s connection with Mix for Kids goes deeper still: in fact, the businessman from Scheinfeld, Germany, has been a member of the organization since it was founded in 2018. Meanwhile, his experience in the insurance and financial sector goes back much further – to 1991. Today, the agency owner brokers services from the Zurich Insurance Group.
