This year’s Abtswind carol singers have raised a total of 1343 euros. As is tradition to mark Epiphany on January 6, the eight youngsters split into two groups and paraded through the town (whose population is 900), bringing with them a Christian blessing into the community’s homes and collecting donations for children in need. Thanks to their hard work, local pastor Beate Krämer was able to donate to Mix for Kids’ aid projects in India, Albania and Germany for the fifth year running.
