Over 50 locker units with a total of 200 lockable cupboards have come to the end of their lives with Kräuter Mix and have moved on to greener pastures. The company from Abtswind, Germany, which produces herbs, spices and teas, is currently undergoing renovations. The changing rooms, showers, toilets and staff rooms for employees from the production, warehouse and technical departments are being renovated, and the old lockers are being replaced with modern storage solutions.

Instead of selling or throwing away the unwanted furniture, Kräuter Mix decided to give the lockers to its employees in return for a donation to Mix for Kids. Within a few days, all the lockers had found new owners, who were making good use of them in their basements, attics and garages. The team at Kräuter Mix splashed out with their donations, which totaled €505.
