Renovation and conversion work is currently underway at the Kräuter Mix offices. Construction is in full swing at the administration building of the company based in Abtswind, Germany, which has long been supporting Mix for Kids as their biggest sponsor. Workers are currently upgrading the windows and floors and replacing the building services and furniture. Instead of sending the furniture to landfill, employees were given the option to take it for themselves, and countless desks, shelving units, cupboards and rolling file cabinets went home with the company’s staff. Anyone who wanted to could donate to Mix for Kids. In total, giving away this office furniture allowed Kräuter Mix to raise €250 for the charity.
