Forest kindergarten in Feuerbach receives donation from Mix for Kids

With a donation of €500, Mix for Kids supported the St. Hubertus forest kindergarten in Feuerbach with the purchase of two new drop-off and pick-up benches. The benches serve as a central meeting point for the children at the beginning and end of the kindergarten day. As the forest kindergarten is located some distance from the parking area, children are dropped off by their parents and handed over to the educators there in the morning and picked up again in the afternoon.

Mix for Kids made a donation towards the new benches for the forest kindergarten.

Benches had been located at this site for many years. However, due to prolonged use and exposure to the elements, they had become worn over time and needed to be replaced.

Since the summer of 2026, the new drop-off and pick-up benches have been in place, providing children and staff with a permanent and safe meeting point for daily arrivals and departures.
